I am writing on behalf of the entire team at AfyaMtaani Health Care Center in Mathare/Nairobi to thank you for your generous help in purchasing essential medicines for the underprivileged residents of Huruma and Mathare slums in Nairobi. Your support has made a difference in the lives of many people who rely on the medical care provided by our clinic.
We were able to purchase essential medicines, ensuring that the most vulnerable members of our society have access to professional medical treatment.
We have purchased the following medicines:
- Essential antibiotics and wound care medicines used to treat common infections and injuries.
- Medication for the treatment of common respiratory diseases.
- Antiparasitics to combat common intestinal parasites.
- Drugs used to treat chronic diseases, including high blood pressure and diabetes. They are used especially for the elderly.
- Prenatal vitamins and supplements used by expectant mothers to support a healthy pregnancy.
- Pediatric medicines, including antipyretics and antibiotics, which are used to treat common childhood illnesses.
Your support not only provides immediate relief through medication, but also contributes to the overall well-being and long-term health of the people we help. We sincerely thank you as your contribution has made a tangible difference to the lives of countless people.
