PBF Memorial Clinic has begun providing X-ray services
It has now been approaching one year since the PBF Memorial Clinic was inaugurated. The clinic has seen a steady increase in client numbers due to affordable costs for medicines and laboratory services, as well as the elimination of long-distance referrals for necessary tests. The community has responded positively, recognizing the clinic’s specialized services and commitment to health improvement.
However, it was difficult to fulfill the X-ray machine due to its high cost. Our last client satisfaction survey shows dissatisfaction with the absence of entertainment facilities like a cafeteria and essential medical equipment such as X-ray and CT scan machines in the new clinic. These shortcomings may lead to compromised service quality and force patients to seek care elsewhere.
Now, thanks to PBF’s usual support, the clinic got the latest digital x-ray machine for the diagnostic department. The machine is used to look for and find broken bones, joints, tumors, lung problems, such as pneumonia and lung cancer and foreign objects in the body.
This is a really great contribution for the clinic, as it enhances the diagnostic capabilities and overall quality of care provided to patients. With this new technology, patients can receive more accurate and timely diagnoses, leading to better treatment outcomes and overall satisfaction with the services offered at the clinic.
