PBF Memorial Clinic opening date has changed to Gena (Ethiopian Christmas) on January 7, 2025.

The conflict surrounding Lalibela and the whole Amhara region makes it difficult to call people for November 17, 2024. We appreciate peoples understanding during this challenging time. Please mark your calendars for the new opening date on Gena (Ethiopian Christmas) on January 7, 2025.

As Saint Lalibelas birthdate corresponds with that of Jesus Christ according to the Ethiopian calendar, the national Gena (Ethiopian Christmas) celebration is observed in Lalibela, Ethiopia. This greatly improves security for our opening date.

Currently, the clinic construction has been completed, and we are working to get the medical equipment and furniture.
